CPAC Australia made quite a splash at the CPAC USA conference in Washington, leaving a lasting impression that resonated deeply with our American friends.
The conference kicked off with an impressive International Summit signing diplomatic agreements with the board from 7 nations. These agreements included agreements against communism and WHO fascism providing us with real international consensus, not just political rhetoric.
As Australians, it was interesting to draw parallels and contrasts between the political landscapes of the US, Australia and other nations.
Our CPAC Australian founder, Andrew Cooper, made quite the entrance onto the big stage on Friday. He tossed a few Aussie CPAC hats into the bustling crowd of over 6,000.
Not only did Australia rock the big stage, but our group brought a contagious energy that you just couldn't ignore. Our global friends were excited to hear of our victorious win against the divisive Voice To Parliament.
As Australian visitors, CPAC USA was not only an opportunity to understand the pulse of American conservatism but also a chance to reflect on the global conservative movement's diversity and common goals.
The experience was a powerful reminder of the importance of dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas in advancing conservative principles on the world stage.
The initiative to take six young Australians to CPAC USA proved to be a resounding success. It offered them a unique and invaluable opportunity to immerse themselves in a global political environment, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of conservative principles on an international scale.
The positive outcomes of this venture have inspired plans to run the Global Explorers competition again next year in 2025, providing a fresh cohort of young Australians with this remarkable learning experience.
We see immense value in continuing to participate and encourage our audience to join us in this CPAC mission, ensuring a robust and principled Conservative movement across the world.
